Is there a way to speed this up or verify through IP’s I own my newer 2nd account (Dom Deuce.5247) to remove in game mailing caps on money and items.

Two weeks ago I bought a second account (Game) so I could transfer all my money making Trading Post endeavors to that account. Because it was becoming a massive pain spending 2-3 hours going through my TP purchases to get a restock items or single purchases like Omnomberry bars, or gear since purchases are account wide and not character purchaser filtered. Now two weeks later I can’t even mail myself a single gold piece without a New account warning popping. I can’t even mail Bloods or Ectos back to myself. The new account had no problem receiving my money but now it’s stuck there ,and very frustrating. I’m sure in the grand scheme of things this is a small unique problem, but a pain and stopping my legendary progression.

Any help would be appreciated.

Hi Dom. I am honestly not sure if the team can help with lowering the restrictions on new accounts. Quite honestly, I think it’s the price that we pay to reduce the pernicious impact of RMT on the game. (You know, gold sale spammers, account thefts, etc.) But you’re welcome to approach Support by filing a ticket through the “Ask a Question” tab on that linked page. They may be able to assist; can’t hurt to check!

I applaud the effort. From a selfish stand-point, it sucks.

Since mail transactions are limited to the amount of money you’ve personally earned (through rewards, drops, etc.), the simplest solution I see is to play one of the characters on the second account. I can understand why that would be undesirable to you, given the purpose of the account, but it could save you some headaches.

You could use a personal guild, and build a stash for the gold. But it needs some of the investments.
