This is the first time I’ve attempted to buy gems since the switch-over to the new card transactions processing type. I am entering the exact details I have to make successful gem purchases in the past.

Has anyone else had an issue with it saying a UK Visa number is wrong?

No, it’s not being declined by my bank. The error clearly says incorrect card number so is an issue on A’net’s side.

Thanks, I’ll do that. I really want to buy the character expansion slot while it’s on sale. I’ll be super annoyed if I can’t!

Urg now the buy gems bit won’t even load! Trying a repair before submitting a ticket in case that works.

The payment system is not working at all. Couldn’t even pay with PayPal. Sigh. Ticket raised, but it being the weekend I’ll miss the 15% off character slot offer

The answer for it not working is was actually just posted. They are working on an issue so the payment system for gems and codes are down at the moment.

Support works 24/7, so you will probably hear back before the sale ends, and they might take into account you were having issues during the sale, as well. =)
