I need help changing my email, the email Ii used for this account is old and had been hacked a while back and I would like to change to my current email.

Although, since you can log into the forums, you should have no issue with logging into the game. They both use the same log-in information. =)

Make sure you are using your Account Name (email address associated with your game account) and password to log in. Some players try to use their Display Name (Xxx.1234) which will cause an error.

If you use the same information you used to log into the forums, you should be able to log into the game. If you continue to have issues logging in, you can contact CS for assistance. Top of Page – Services/Support – Submit a Request.
