Loss of gold [Incident: 120905-005740]
Set up a ticket but I was hoping for some direct support. I’m curious if I’m suspected of exploiting or something due to the loss of about 2.5g over night.
This seems to be pretty common as well. Mostly I just want to be sure that I’m not being accused of something I didn’t do, before I go back to making money using the Trading post.
As it says in the ticket, I can provide spreadsheets as well as formulas to prove that this wasn’t an exploit and merely good business sense.

U shouldnt get banned unless your exploiting something which in effect would cause you to gain mass amount of money.

Am I exploiting game mechanics? No.
Am I abusing a bug to duplicate money? No.
However AN still found enough wrong with what I was doing to take away the money I earned.
Do you know for a fact they removed it? Because a lot of people are having issues it seems with money vanishing
I don’t know for a fact that it was removed on purpose by AN. I’ve checked my email and I have no notifications of other log ins, and I have no logins from unknown IPs in my security tab on the account page; so I can only assume that it was removed either by a glitch in the game, or by AN personnel .
If it was a mistake, sweet! Can’t wait to get the ball rolling again when the trade comes back up.
If it was removed because I am suspected of something I’d like to know so I may discuss it and prove my innocence.
Normally I wouldn’t be this worried about it, but they have been quick with the banhammer and I’d prefer it didn’t fall my way on a whim that what I was doing was ‘game breaking’.
I logged in today today and had absolutely nothing in my funds, there wasn’t much there to be honest but i did have silvers, seems this is another bug with something, they seem to be pretty on it when it comes to sorting stuff though. for the amount your talking I would try to have it replaced, nothing worse than having your time wasted by a game bug.
Edit: just thought I would add there’s been no one else on the account and nothing else is missing, hadn’t even moved from where I logged out.
Ditto. Missing all of my money last night when I logged in. Highly unlikely that account was hacked due to username/password combo, but I changed both anyway.
