Mail Problem
Make sure that there are no more than 9 mails in the account you are referencing. The limit is 10 and you won’t get new mails until you clean some old ones out.
Okay, so I don’t know if I put this in the correct spot, but after buying bigger bags from my character, I sent the old ones to my sister’s account so I could log in and sent them to my other character. (She was fine with it) I sent it to her account and now I don’t know how to get it! I can’t even find it. Help?
Is her mailbox full? May be that she has over 10 items in the mail. May want to start their, and good luck.
note sometimes even if the counter doesn’t show 10/10, there are ten mails that count (if that makes sense…) try deleting emails to see if it drops in place.
I also have the same problem. I couldn’t find the mail when I sent it to my second account. And yes, I made sure to delete the old mails. (I couldn’t possibly deleted the mail with attachment? because you can’t) Is there a way to track your mails? The attachment has 2 full stacks for crystaline dust

You may need to file a support ticket if you find that this is not simply an issue with a temporary delay in mails, and if you’re sure your mailbox can accept mails, that is, that it is empty or nearly empty.
