Mobile Authentication/ Account Hacked
And now I just got an email to reset my password
i recomend you to switch your mail password as fast as possible and tell ArenaNet Support what happend… Reset your password of GW2 as soon as you can… i got hacked 2 days ago and till now i cant enter because of the mobile autentication that the hacker put when he hacked my account but i already reset my mail account and put there a mobile authentication so they cant hack my mail again … dont wait and reset your mail password
already reset my mail’s password and my GW2 password, I think I’m going to switch it to a stronger one how did you get rid of your phone authentication because I have no way of getting rid of it

Is there any way that The support team is able to lift the mobile authentication and roll back the clock a bit on my character, I don’t want to have lost all my gear as I had a lot there saving up for a legendary. I’m concerned that I don’t have my serial number anymore. but surely there’s something that can be done
