First problem which is the main problem of this mess: Someone got a hold of my password, judging from the IP, it looks like someone I know. How the person managed to get it is beyond me since I only use websites I trust on this computer, nor do I share my passwords with people.

Second problem: My account is locked, or possibly has the password changed on me so no one can log in, that includes to tickets for some odd reason, so I cannot send one. I have to ask, why do you not allow us to send ticket if we cannot log in? That’s usually why people send in tickets in the first place!

Third problem: I’m going to need to reset my password, but I never saw anything to change that. Where do I change my password after this mess is over with since I want to do it as soon as possible once I get it back.

EDIT: I tried logging in twice more and looking at my e-mail, and it appears the person who stole my account hilariously may be myself. My IP is stating the wrong town which doesn’t make much sense so to be on the safe side, I want to treat this like a stolen account.

You need to find out how the compromise happened before you get the account restored or change your password.

Also, you can make a support account if you are locked out and create a ticket for the support reps to investigate.
