My username was TrouzzzerSnake, and now it is Rat Nukes Zero

is this a hallowe’en prank? should I be worried my account has been jeopardized?

Well, I only entered TrouzzzerSnake because I was watching Robot Chicken (Fumbles the Sniper) when I bought this game, so it was in reference to a fictitious sniper/doctor

I certainly didn’t mean anything offensive by it, so is there anyway I can change it from this stupid newly assigned name?

Also, they should probably start informing customers that they, the company, have changed the account name. I opened a trouble ticket because I don’t believe TrouzzzerSnake violates the ToS and I was worried someone was messing with my account.

When a user chooses a name that violates the ToS, an Arenanet mod will replace the users name with an anagram of the mod’s. Your original name is a slang expression for a male body part and is a clear violation of the ToS; therefore, it was changed.

No, if they change it you don’t have option to change it to something else. There isn’t a way for a hacker to change it, only ANet can do so.

And yes, trouser snake or any variation of that is against TOS. If you don’t know what that is slang for you can google it.
