Guild Wars 2

Hello.
My friend, who hasn’t played this game for almost a year, tried to play it again earlier today, but he was banned. It says he has been terminated for engaging in or assisting with gold or item sales for real world money. He has never done this.
The reason I’m writing this for him is because he’s been banned from the forums too.
I really doubt he did this, since he didn’t even reach lvl 20. I mean. Who buys lvl 20 items for real money?
We don’t know if he’s been hacked, or if it’s just a mistake.
Please check it out, and unban my friend.

He can do that without having to sign in.
