My gem refunds?
They said they will, they never said it would be immediately.
Just wait their response, if they told that they would refund, they WILL refund.

seriously man…wait the standard 5 business days that all businesses apply to. BE happy that Anet is even friendly/lenient with that standard and encourages a 3 day wait instead…
Patch dropped not even 24hrs ago. Already expecting to be refunded. That’s the instant-gratification generation for ya. You think you’re the only person that requested what you are requesting? It takes time to deal with thousands of people who I guarantee submitted a ticket about something after the patch went live less than a day ago.

I seem to recall reading somewhere that refunds would be by May 11, but for the life of me I can’t recall where I saw it. Anyway, do give it time. It’s been less than 24 hours, and they have millions of players. Relax man

We will not be able to process any refund requests via Customer Support tickets before May 12th. If you expected to receive dyes and do not receive them by May 12th, feel free to create a Customer Support ticket at that time.
I wonder why they would wait until may 12th to even start processing them.

You can already submit a refund, but they won’t be processed until may 12th.
All refund requests should be submitted via support tickets starting now. Refunds will be issued in the form of gems to eligible accounts.

Yea my bad on this one, was impatient and lately not very happy with the game.
I believe the May 11th was for the refund of very high end dyes. They are supposed to mail a refund for the dye to you by that date. Refunds of clothes should happen before then.
Yes, May 11th is for the high end dyes. I got my gem refund for 2 armor skins and one mask skin within 24 hrs after submitting my ticket. Include as much information as you can, and be very clear about what you want refunded.

Same here. I stay calm because I know it’s a lot of work for anet. But it’s still eating at me. There’s always that voice in the back of your head saying “what if the refund doesn’t come?” ^^
