Guild Wars 2

So… I don’t know where I need to turn, because nothing I’ve tried works and I know this forum gets checked.

My issue is: I can’t access my NCSoft account… I tried the Password Reset on the site, the response was I should wait upwards to 30 minutes. I did. Twice. Nothing.

So I sent a mail to support@ncsoft.com and got a reply that that mail isn’t checked anymore and my ticket was closed. Great. It then told me I need to click which game I’m having issues with (None really) and go from there. And the only password reset on this site is for my Guild Wars account, which I don’t have a trouble with.

Well I am guessing something sinister is going on.. my account has also become unusable as of about 20mins ago.

I received a mysterious email from ANET earlier requesting authorisation for a password reset, which of course I did not and continued playing GW2 until about 2 hrs ago.. I tried logging in 15mins ago and bingo account not recognised

@Bloodstealer…I am pretty sure your issue is not the same as the OP’s, as he is wondering how to access his NCSoft Master Account.

GW2 is not associated with NCSoft Master Accounts.

@OP …I am not sure what would be best in your situation. Another poster posted here not too long ago, with the same concerns, and if I am not mistaken, they contacted GW2 CS and were given advice. But, I could be remembering it incorrectly.

Yeah I kinda thought GW2 went away from the whole NCsoft account… Which is probably why I can’t remember my password. Oh well. Guess I’ll have to call them. >_>

If you are having issues with accessing your NC Account you have to go through a game site. Just pick one that you have on your NC Account ie: Aion or Lineage II or WildStar. They all go to the same place.

I would just suggest Aion as a lot of people have that. https://support.aiononline.com/
Then click on “Can’t login?” and you can create a ticket without logging into your account.
