Hi this is my first post so please be gentle.

I received a 72 hour suspension for a naming violation but i don’t Know why, i have never had a ban/suspension ever in any game.

Raple Stiltskin-for around 4/5 months

Are these offensive? I don’t even know what name it was for. I am happy to change any name that offended but just an instant 72 hours with no information on what name or anything seems harsh.

I put a ticket in 6 hours ago and got an email saying they will get back to me shortly, how long does it normally take? i don’t for these types of things.

That’s definitely the offender. Just change it to ‘skilkilz pogmothoin’ and you’re all set!

Hi. I looked into this and I think the name block was appropriate. “Groin” prompts reports because it makes people uncomfortable and is against the Naming Policy. I freely admit it’s not the worst offensive I’ve seen )

And while the name required action, your suspension should have been lifted. and that has happened now. You will still be required to rename, so choose wisely, but you’re good to go now as far as account access.

How do i change my characters names as i have a few with the same last name, i just don’t want to get a ban again.

If the other names are not flagged for a rename, I would not play them and I would ask support to get a chance of doing a rename. That way YOU are the one telling them the names and you won’t get a suspension for it. I guess that should work well.
