So I need to change the email on my account, tried to submit a ticket to do so, and keep getting the message “you can’t leave email/account name blank” despite filling in the form a million times over.

I just want to change it to an email I actually use, not a university email from a place I graduated from years ago.

What you do is make a ticket to support and tell them you want to change your email and tell them what the new email is. They will then change it for you.

Doesn’t work. Like I said, when I try to submit a ticket, it says “you can’t leave email/account name blank” despite not leaving that part blank.

Hmmm. Ok missed that part. Might be bugged then.

The direct email address is support@guildwars2.com You can always try sending them an email directly and explaining what you want.

Make sure you choose an option from both drop-down menus, to avoid any errors when submitting a request through the webform.
