I convinced a co-worker to leave WoW and come to GW2. He put in his info to make an account with the game key and the web page froze. He hit the back button and tried again and it said key was already active. He tried to log on using the info his email that he provided and still had no luck. He went to the support page 3 days ago and put in a ticket and still hasn’t heard back from support. Is there anything he can do to get this issue fixed? Some live person via chat or phone he can talk to?

Has he had any response at all? Could you give the ticket number? I am checking into response rates and am contemplating recommending that we go back to the system that at least sent an “automatic response” so players know they’re reached us.

I am checking into response rates and am contemplating recommending that we go back to the system that at least sent an “automatic response” so players know they’re reached us.

This current ticket I am waiting on I did get an auto response. Told me to click on a link to update the ticket or reply to the email. now the link was missing but as far as the auto reply it came probably within 10 min if I recall correct. I would be happy to forward it or provide that

  • At least you get the option to reply to the email. :-) which worked fine for me

who knows that could have been my email. my main point was about the auto response.. it sounded like you were considering going back to it. But I already got one as of yesterdays ticket submission. 3 weeks ago that was not the case. Hopefully that is not off topic for this thread

He got a reply and the ticket number is 130101-000310 still no change and can’t get into game. Thanks for the help!
