Last year I bought the Mini White Kitten for 400 gems. I missed out on the other mini pets. Now that are back in a large bundle. Which is what I wanted last year so good news on that front. My question however is can I get a refund on the white kitten I previously bought? I certainly don’t want to buy 2 of them.

Lucky you you only have 1 of those minis. It’s actually worth it to buy it because the minis were 400 gems apiece so you’re getting the 2nd white kitten for free technically. (400*5 = 2000).

Those of us who are only missing 1 or 2… well even for a gem buyer like myself (really they might as well just give me an insane subscription) I can’t justify 1600 gems for the one mini I need. Very sad

I do understand there are a good deal of other player out there who bought 90% of them last time. I won’t buy the pack even though I want if I own one of the mini’s already. Heck I would even gift my extra kitten away but that isn’t an option either.

I’m just saying mathematically you’re actually breaking even. There’s no reason to refund 1 of the minis because you are already technically getting one for free.

In the last they have given refunds for items bought right before a sale, such as a day or so before. Since you bought your mini months before and have had the use and enjoyment of it all this time, you don’t qualify under these terms.

And as Lilith Ajit said, you essentially will get the second one for free so you aren’t losing money on it by buying the set.

It’s not about losing money, it’s about having doubles of a mini pet. I don’t need or want doubles. Again I am asking for an AN answer not opinions on the matter. Thanks.

Since AN refunded the doubles in wardrobe I was hoping for a refund here. If there isn’t a refund I simply won’t buy the pack which is 20 dollars for mini pets. I’d even be ok if I could gift my double pet off. But I do not want to own 2 of them, serves no purpose and is a waste.

Well, if you are waiting for an ANet direct answer, Gaile is usually on in the afternoon in her time zone. She doesn’t answer all threads (you can look at the red marked ones to see the ratio) but maybe she will answer yours. Good luck.

I have used a few avenues to try and get an answer, now all I can do is hope and wait. I don’t need a detailed reason why for the record, a simple yes or no or submit a ticket will suffice.
