Im currently using my brothers ID to post on the forum, regarding my own account.. the passwords wont work.. the retreive password wont work.. Email+cd serial+char name.. all errors.. this is getting beyond a joke.. i just want to call up support for fast and efficient help..plz help me!

It sounds like you are hacked if all those did not work for you. They don’t have a phone number to call for game support so all you can do is send in a ticket and wait.

I cant place a ticket.. the support site wont load for me.. ive not been hacked that much i know. or at least i keep tellingmyself that.. as im logged in on my brothers ive not noticed my account used yet

The support system might be down at the moment by mistake since they are doing a maintenance on commerce system. It should be back in 1 hour and 15 mins. Try again at that time.

If i’m not mistaken they do help people way faster that got hacked.

The maintenance is tomorrow not today.

As for the other comments. Do you get any error messages when trying to retrieve your password ? And if yes what does the error say ?

I had the same problem, none of my passwords were working and the reset page was giving me errors. I just sent them and email and they resolved it and reset my password in less than a day. BTW, support site is working just fine on my end.

Support site was down for a few minutes a few hours ago. Should work fine now yes.
