No game receipt after purchase
I must admit that with the first ticket they got back to me within about 2 hours, so was expecting something similar with the second… was i expecting too much?
Update your first ticket if possible. If that is not possible, mark in the second ticket that it is a different incident and refer to the ticket that got solved.
If this is not working – after 3 days – you will be able to put the ticket number in the “tickets older than 3 days” sticky thread.
In the meantime I would post the second ticket number in this thread. Gaile is looking into this threads very often, so she just might pick up the ticket number to do some spinning on it of her own.

Ok thanks. So this is the first ticket number which has now been solved 130224-001416 and i have closed. The second ticket 130224-001995 is still open and awaiting response. As i said i purchased both copies of the game in the same day, however i got the first ticket answered before the second purchase so i’m not sure why there is so much confusion.

I have reopened the ticket and updated to say that the second ticket is not a duplicate and that you would like two receipt copies sent to you. An agent should attend to this quite soon.
