Password Reset Issue

Its not up yet, but I think it should be during the day.
My friend has also had the same issue since the 30th of August.
He opened a ticket on the 31st, and it still hasn’t been resolved.
He was given a response to his ticket, new password given to him and everything, but the password he was given didn’t work either.
His ticket numbers are 120831-008705 and 120903-012780.
After he tested the new password he was given, he updated his ticket stating that the new password didn’t work, but there hasn’t been a response since.
So it’s suppose to be “available” soon? The click “here” won’t just send you to a page that says Not Available?
And, what do you mean “during the day”?

A friend of mine has problems with E-Mail Authentication so we followed the support wiki a lot.
Yesterday they wrote that there will be a method to restore the Account “soon”.
Today the Link I posted appeared and there was this password reset as well.
So I think when they uploaded the links today, it should be available during the day or maybe tomorrow.
This is just a guess and I cannot assure anything though
EDIT: okay look here: http://wiki.guildwars2.com/wiki/Game_status_updates they say “tomorrow”. Well I hope this is right
