Permanently Banned - Unknown Reason
Same here Reality. There’s a bunch of tickets of this type coming out recently.

Reality — change your password to something unique to GW2 and something that is complex. I am worried that someone else may have access to your account. They may have accessed it and used it for something that is utterly forbidden — such as in-game advertising of RMT sites — and then gotten the account terminated.

Hm, alrighty. I’ll be changing it after I post this, but I haven’t been notified about any unauthorized access from another location, nor has my security tab shown any evidence of attempted logins from other locations. Thanks for a response though, I’ll get to it immediately.
If my account has been banned for something utterly forbidden-such as in-game advertising of RMT sites or something of the matter, It would be nice to know so I could change all my passwords to something unique so it wont happen again instead of wondering if I did something else wrong. All it says is Violation of User agreement or Rules of Conduct. Thats kinda vague. did I say something wrong? do something wrong? post something on youtube that I missing in the user agreement? If someone sent me a simple E-Mail saying “Your account has been banned for advertising RMT sites” I would know for a fact I need to go change all my passwords and contact support asap, instead im still trying to figure out if my account got hacked, I said something that REALLY made someone mad <Dont think so, Im usually always very helpful, but dunno?> did I accidently buy an item I was not supposed to?, was I grinding mobs and didnt know I was getting too much xp from a certain mob? was the weapon I got from a quest bugged and I was killing other players in WvW a little too fast? Did I bug out a quest?. I hope you hop this point of view to someone higher up and they understand where thousands of their customers are coming from. Communication is very important in real life. I mean….I just went out and purchased the full game from my Pre-order and punched in the code “Still wondering” if that was the problem and im still banned, I feel like I just held up $60 in cash in my hands and set it on fire…..

My account was hacked sometime in the beginning of the week (and banned while the hacker was at it) and haven’t been able to play since monday (7.9.2012). I have tried to reach your support team via incident tickets at the support site (have made three of them now), and by telling several times what has happened on your twitter and Facebook sites. I haven’t gotten any response from anywhere yet, and now I found this place to try my luck.

Where the most top is the latest. My friends are level 80 already and are losing the starter-shine on the game, which means a big minus on my gaming experience.
Would you please now try and help me ArenaNet, so I can play your very nice game?
