I got the error message saying an unauthorized user accessed my account. I have already changed my password and email address on my account. Please get me back in, I was really getting into the game. Ticket #120911-007252
I am in the same boat. I’ve done change, per the automated ticket. I got locked out on Monday. They do say that there is a turn around time of five days. They are probably dealing with a lot of tickets right now.
Were you guys network hopping? I change computers on my own router/network many times per day. And this was never an issue.

I don’t think I was, but I was only playing on my gaming computer. Didn’t try it anywhere else, but I never did that e-mail auth, because it was broken for the first few weeks. I just wonder if not doing that assisted with it getting locked.
I wasn’t. Just got a response last night giving me a new generated password and… surprise, surprise, I still can’t log in and get the same error message. (sigh) It was turning out to be a great game too.
Same issue for me.. Started actually Sunday night, didn’t put the ticket in until After midnight.. I think what happened with me is my modem needs random resetting quite often.. Tis may have changed some IP address’s and caused the issue.. Still though, what happens if I want to play at a friends or a gaming cafe?
they claim most tickets get solved in 48 hours…. however us with this issue have not even had our tickets looked at. He said SOME issues take longer due to the issue, however in no way is activating our accounts back from there crappy security coding that fails at keeping hackers out but manages to block out the actual account owner a long issue to fix. Its simple click reactivate. Its amazing to me that there are people posting about being fixed within 48 hours. There ticket submission system is as buggy as there account security.
Yea, I’m at a loss. no number or email to contact even. I was really enjoying this game. What a tragedy. If I can’t even play it on my comp I have to assume for certain I can’t play on anyone else’s either
You just have to sit back and wait. Exact same thing happened to me. They apparently didn’t un-suspend the account once they resolved your ticket. I’m still waiting to get back in, and I have my account back, and went through all the procedures.

There are only a small number of support staff and a very large number of players who cannot secure their account details. Give them time ( a few days), and if no response, create another ticket or post back.
@Renegadeimp, Sorry, that doesn’t really cut it. They resolved our tickets, but didn’t finish with fixing them. That means some people have to wait a very long time again to get something fixed that should have already been fixed.
