It has been over three days since my ticket was submitted. I’m still waiting for my ticket to be replied to me. I even didn’t recieve an autoresponding mail so far. Is there a gm who can explain me why it is getting delayed so long?

If your ticket is over 3 days old, post in the sticky thread for review. There is no GM/In-game support here. Just forum support and they are separated from the game support team

Indeed, so first have a look at this thread: How to submit a ticket you will find all required information you should give before submitting a ticket. If you didn’t, please update it.

Then before posting on the forum for a review wait at least 3 days and post in this specific thread: Tickets for Review 3 days and older.
