As you may be aware, our ticket system automatically sends a survey after a ticket is resolved or closed. You then have an opportunity to provide feedback on your customer support experience.

Our surveys were changed in the last day or two, and a few people have reported issues – either a broken link to the survey itself or a greyed-out “submit” button. If you have trouble, we’d really like to know the following:

  • What browser(s) and Version(s) did you try?
  • What is your ticket number?
  • What is the error message you receive, if any, or is the option to submit simply greyed out?
  • What is the URL of the survey page you were on when you were filling out a survey.

We consider our surveys a very important part of how we improve service for our players. So we want you to feel free to send in a survey in order for us to get better at what we do. If you have trouble sending a survey, let us know in this thread so we can work on any issues that remain with the system, and please provide the info above.

I am having a pure coincidence day. I got one of these today, as did my husband. Mine seemed to be okay. His was kinda weird.. a large gray box in the middle of his screen, but I think it submitted okay.

What is odd, is for me, you say these are sent out when a ticket is resolved or closed? Mine was neither resolved or closed. I specifically asked that it be left open, and the GM said “We will leave this ticket open while we work on the situation”. It was my first ticket, so I don’t know how these surveys work. I did just post about the experience though in the bug report forum, as other people are having the same issue both me and my husband had. My husband never even responded to his last ticket, because he didn’t quite know what to say. My ticket is #315612 His is #315930. His is the one that had the odd looking survey box.

No error message, able to submit, but huge grey box in center of screen.

As he has already filled out the survey

No news since October 28th 2014. Question asked straight up! 473 times. 647 days and thread locked..
