Ok the new game status update says that if the ticket is older than 72 hours then its not properly prioritised. We must follow the instructions to get it properly prioritised.
However, i think my Hacked Account ticket Ref # 120903-004993, is properly prioritised. I followed every instructions to the very last letter. All the info, that is asked for, is there in my ticket and its older than 72 hours. Submitted on 4:57 am on the morning of 3rd September.
Can someone please help? Because to my eyes, my ticket appears perfects. Following are the details that i put in my ticket
- Submitted under Hacked Account Issue type
- Subject line says Hacked Account – <Hacked Account Name>
- Serial Code
- Hacked Account name
- New secure email address to which the account should be linked now
- Character Names
- Game Name (Although I can’t remember the last 4 digits but i took the best guess from my memory, and i mentioned this on the ticket. First part of the game name is correct, just dont remember the last 4 digits properly, but i guess they probably figure it out.)
Am I missing something? Any help, any advice would be much appreciated.

Submitted September 3rd. It is now September 5th. How is this 72 hours?

its 6th September today…. Oh wait, its 5th September there?
Oh kitten sorry, my bad, i got confused with the time zone difference. I am here in Australia. Still 8 hours to go i guess……..

I’m 168 hours of waiting. Coming up on 8 days. Nothing. Account blocked, and it has been prioritized. Now I can’t even access my support account. Somebody do something. Ticket Number 120830-007345
