Hello, Does anyone know if there is an issue with account registration at the moment? I have just brought a digital key for the heroic addition and I am having problems creating the account.

The registration page allows me to enter my product code but when I get onto the next page to enter my details such as name, email, password, dob and account name.

It does not create the account, instead the password is removed and the rest of the fields stay completed.

I have tried entering loads of password combinations for over 8 characters but nothing seems to work.

I have also raised a support ticket but so far I haven’t had anything back from them.

Any assistance would be great

What e-mail a password did you use to post this. It’s the same you’ll use to log into the game

I assume this is for a second (or more) account. You will have to wait for assistance from the CS Team. If you have not received the (almost immediate) automated ‘Thanks for submitting a request…’ response, you might peruse the Sticky, ‘Not Getting our Emails’. If you have received the automated response, you need only wait for the personal response.

If more than 72 – 96 hours pass with no further response, you can post your ticket number in the Sticky, ‘Tickets for Review 3 Days and Older’.

Edit: Remember, any password that has been used here, or (in many cases) elsewhere is on the blacklist, and will engender an error. Do try to choose a password that is unique.

Thanks, I have found in the past they have a very quick turn around time for these things. I am quite inpatient though.

Make sure to update your CS ticket, and let them know it can be closed, and you need no further assistance.
