Hi guys,
Went from UW to Far Shiverpeaks server, then I saw my guild bank and guild influence were gone.

Is this a known issue?
And anyone knows what to do about it?

It is working as intended.
The guild bank (and upgrades and influence) is tied to servers, and as such you won’t have access to it on Far Shiverpeaks, but if you go back to UW you will have everything waiting for you there.

It’s not an issue, nor a problem. Guild banks are tied to servers. Everything is still there on the original server, the new server hasn’t earned anything for your guild yet.

ty for the replies, but when I guest UW I still haven’t got a guild bank? Do I need to spend some gems for switching?

Guesting doesn’t let you access the guild bank. Only being a person on the server will let you access it. You’d have to switch back to the server to access the bank again. You will have to note there will a cool down for transfers of 7 days. And yes, it’s not free to transfer, it would cost gems.

I thought the Megaserver was supposed to allow for accessing guild banks anywhere. Is that not true?

They talked about possibly adding that in at a later time.

Note that the warning when you switch Servers specifically states no Guild resources will transfer to the new Server.

And the items are still there, you just can’t access them. So short of a trustworthy friend on the old.server, the only solution right now is to transfer to the old server or play the wait and see game with what ANet will do with guilds now due to the megaserver.

….that is already a member of the Guild in question AND has access to the stored items.
