before this cool April patch, i had bought lots of tier 3 skins, my charr warr had 2x tier 3 skins, and my charr guardian had 2x tier 3 skins so just for them its 4x 119 Gold (i also have asura heavy and human heavy tier 3 skins but bought only 1 skin for them)… and now you need only 1 tier 3 skin unlocked to duplicate on all alts that can use it… Any chance of refund or to get tier 3 skins that i dont have for norn/asura/human maybe for my collection?

Doubtful. The wardrobe system isn’t really there for such things. Support has stated they will not be refunding or replacing purchased items, so it is unlikely they would replace in-game items.

‘Please note that skins or partials skins that you previously purchased but which you no longer possess will not be unlocked on your account. The Guild Wars 2 Support Team cannot unlock skins that fall into this category.’

Per above, I doubt the policy is going to allow for what you are asking, but I doubt it can hurt to detail what are requesting and submit a ticket. Since those items were purchased for gold, I don’t think they are considering refunds for them (but I could be wrong).

Per above, I doubt the policy is going to allow for what you are asking, but I doubt it can hurt to detail what are requesting and submit a ticket. Since those items were purchased for gold, I don’t think they are considering refunds for them (but I could be wrong).

Correct. We are refunding duplicate skins that were purchased using gems but are not doing so for items acquired using in-game gold.
