During the time you guys released the chests for achievement points, I wasn’t playing, and I was allowing my little brother to play the game. I just recently started playing again and I would like the hellfire skin, now almost reaching 6,000 achievement points. I was just wondering if there is anything you guys can do to swap them out. I think you might have just got your account banned. You’re not allowed to share accounts. So if you put in a request to swap out achievement reward items because you let someone else pick while playing your account, that might not end up too good.

Because letting a 5 year old is really going to affect a lot…. seriously?
It is against TOS but I seriously doubt they ban for reports of people using others accounts as it is unprovable and the person saying it could be lying, for whatever reason. If two people both claim it and get support involved in an ownership fight then the account could well get closed down for both of them which is one reason multiple account users are against TOS.

I don’t care about the item anymore, just rather not lose my account over something so minor..
It’s not minor, you agreed to the rules when you set up your account.
Shared account also do not get full support, simply because things can’t be proven.
Just keep your account to yourself and get the points to select the skin you want.
