I Got this message the other day and was alittle worried at first! but i logged back in and it worked fine. not sure if this was an error or not! I have not done anything wrong and i am able to play just fine and not sure if they opened a ticket to talk to me about this cause i have not seen anything. so? did it just error? or should i be worried?

Sounds like just an error. You could contact CS (they are rather busy now) and ask, or just wait. If your account was suspended, you would not be able to log in.

Yeah that was my thought as well! it must of been an error or i crashed and that error came up. i can still play and login so np!

That sort of message might appear if you had a name that was censored. There’s a momentary block of the account for the first-time offender, while the name is censored. Then the account is immediately reinstated. If you happened to be online when the name was censored, you might get bumped out for a moment but find you were able to log in again pretty much right away.

Other than that, if you’re able to play and see no anomalies on your account — like a change password, missing items, being in a different map than you logged out, etc — I’d say you can ignore that one-time message. If you do see any of those things, you should contact Support, as your account may have been compromised. (I don’t think that’s the case here, but I’m just sayin’ to be thorough. )

I see! i am not sure what toon but i might of been a name being censored because i did not see anything wrong, i logged back in and everything looked good, no missing items, still in the same zone/map. in the event the name was being censored or one of my toons needs a name change. would i be forced to delete the toon and start over?

No, you would only need to rename the character before being able to play again.

Would i be forced to pay for the rename? like they lock the toon untill i rename it? or would i be given a free rename?

Your line of questioning on this raises suspicion that what Gaile identified is what’s happened.. you had a bad name.. you wont be asked to pay, but learn from the issue.. could of been at an important stage in say a 3-headed Wurm and you get booted.. loosing any hope of getting back into the event and wasting time, loot and other nice things potentially.
