Hello. Its DNDeath.2960 i write you after long time with question. I dont have anytime to play gw2 right now ( work,study totaly take my time) so i think im must over with this game. If this still possible refound money for this game and gems what i buy ?

If need i can give game code. But im bit scarred is this possible some one see it here ?

You need to file a support ticket. Note that the account will be permanently closed, all characters and items lost plus whatever e-mail address the game is registered to can not be used to open a new account.

And why don’t you just stop playing the game ?
You will not lose everything, and if you get time again you can play without problems.
Just delete the files and don’t play again. Unless you really need the money, I don’t see the point of a refund…

All i will say is if you really want to do this, please delete all your characters first. Someone else might end up wanting one of the names
