Refusal to Restore Missing Items
The ticket is less than three days old, but had received a response. I was under the impression that the three-day limit was to give a representative time to look at the ticket, which had already occurred- I wasn’t sure what to do, in this case.

Actually, it’s kind of on the borderline, now… I’m about an hour shy of 3 days. I’ll move my issue to the follow-up thread, then, and the delete my first post in this one.

The issue was resolved. I’m an idiot. It was under the collectibles bank tab when I thought it would be in the normal one and I somehow missed it.
