Hi.

I’ve recently made an manufacturer reset on my phone and lost all my apps, including my authenticator. When I want to remove it requires that I enter two of the codes from the app , however since I don’t have it synced to my acc atm I can not remove it. Is there another way to do this?

Have you created a ticket under support? That would probably be the best way to get the help you want, since all their ‘Techy’ people are responding to the problems. They could probably get your account all set in maximum of a day.

I had the same issue a week ago and after chucking a hissy fit , I found that if I rest my account , (you need the serial code or game code that came with your product ) it let me change my password and then I was able to remove the authenticor without the need for the two authenticator codes. I’ll find the link

I had the same issue a week ago and after chucking a hissy fit , I found that if I rest my account , (you need the serial code or game code that came with your product ) it let me change my password and then I was able to remove the authenticor without the need for the two authenticator codes. I’ll find the link
