I’ve heard that occasionally Anet will replace an item if you buy the wrong one. I accidentally bought a medium tier 3 cultural armor shoulder-piece for my warrior. (They use heavy armor.) Is there anyway I can get them replaced or get my money back? and where do I go to ask Anet about this?

normally Arenanet doesnt replace items if there is a user error. In some very specific cases they altered from that position. Those where as far as I know different then yours.

K thanks Gaile! I should keep the item I mispurchased right? Would it be better to leave it in my bank or on my character?
