Hello! I know that you cant restore destroyed items because of absence of enough time to verify item’s existence. But my item was one of 3 which player choose in the beginning of the game, so it is easier to track it. I had accidentally destroyed it. Please, would you help me?

What item are you talking about? If its from character creation and you have another character slot you can get it back.

You would need to contact support about such an issue. Though, they sometimes restore items, it is rather rare. Good luck.

Not the ones from character creation. If the person has another character slot they can remake it, break the soulbinding and put in on another character.

1) Create new character, select Universal Multi Tool Pack.
2) Purchase cheapest available ____________ Backpack Set. (Not cover, but set)
3) Use regular Transmutation Stone to transmute soulbound Multi Tool pack look onto account bound Backstraps given by opening the backpack set.
4) Move account bound Multi Tool Pack onto desired character.

This process should only cost about 2 gold, and you can recoup most of it by selling the Backpack Cover you got from the set. Or keep the cover. I don’t care. It’s your cover. Stop looking at me like that.
