I’m assuming you still have a current ticket number. If you do and it’s been at least 3 days since you last heard from support then post in this thread here (the stickied Tickets For Review, 3 Days and Older).
Tell what details you can. Be sure and post the ticket number.

Go back into your Support Account or e-mail, and get it from there?
Kind of depends how old the ticket is. Search your mailbox of course. If you find it, then post in that thread.
Otherwise I would say, make a new ticket. Tell them you lost the old one. Give them up to 3 days to try to resolve it. If after the 3rd day, if you haven’t heard from them, then post in that thread.
