What your saying is totally not right.
If you need to prove account ownership and you don’t have your serial anymore, then Support do ask you a lot off difficult questions. The exact questions are not always the same and change and shift over time. There are also questions that matter and some bogus ones that don’t matter at all. The reason behind this is to prevent bad people from misusing this system.

Off course it isn’t a pretty system or nice to go through. But you are the one that lost the serial and in some cases it does happen that your account ownership can’t be verified . But that is needed to prevent account stealing.

But what IC is mostly saying is that there is no need to resupply the serial code. Cause no matter what happens. If such a process exists. The person claiming to be the account owner will still need to prove ownership without the serial code. So instead off providing a new serialcode, they safe themself and you a lot off trouble to not go through ‘what if’ situations, but let you proof ownership only when it is needed to example log in to the game.

Specially cause people loosing their code often loose it again and again and again. The current system is both fair, effective and good.

I’m glad i bought the game with a case :p
But people must understand that those serial keys are pretty important. I guess you don’t lose your bank account ids that quick too.
