Serious Issue: Not receiving mail sent to me

I am a officer on a large Crystal Desert guild, and my members are trying to send me mail, but i am not receiving it. They are sending it to my anet id, and I have checked on both of my characters, and did not receive mail on either of them. What should I do to go about recovering the lost items/being available to receive mail again?

Note: This is specific to me as far as I can tell, which is why I posted it under account issues

Have you cleared out old mails? There’s a limit to how much mail can be in your inbox at any point in time.

That was it, but oddly the icon was not turning red. Thanks for the solution

If your new mail icon isn’t showing when you have new mail, you should report that over in the game bugs subforum. However, since your initial issue has been resolved, this thread will be locked now. Glad that worked out for you.
