I dont even know how to fully explain how bad I messed up. I bought my boyfriend a GW2 account just now because of the sale and I guess somewhere along the line I fugged either his email address or his password and I can not figure out how to sign into ANYTHING. I have no idea how to check how I typed the password and I think I sent the final email saying hurray you did it to an email that doesnt even exsist…. I am freaking out and I sent in a report to GW and I guess they call you but how long does it usually take for them to call you??

If you sent them a ticket they usually send back an initial response by email within 24 hours.

They don’t call you. You will receive an acknowledgement email shortly, and then, once you respond to that, they will send emails and help you with your issue. Though, they will only interact with the owner of the account. If you used your friend’s email address to activate the account, then he will need to create a ticket and correspond with Customer Support.

If neither of you have heard anything after 3 days, you can post your ticket number in the sticky for Tickets 3 Days and Older. Good luck.
