So I understand that if I wanted to change servers I will need to pay gems. If I deleted all of my characters, will I be able to change my Home World without having to pay?

I bought gems so I could transfer to a different server. I accidentally clicked transfer when I had the wrong server selected. Oops

I am afraid the server I want will be full by next week, plus Im kitten ed I wasted 1800 gems. Is there anyway this can be fixed or am I basically stuck on the wrong server for a week and out 1800 gems?

In the past, people often had to wait out the seven days before transferring again. You can create a ticket and speak to Customer Support, and find out about your own case.

You can transfer to any server that is not Full free of charge, if you delete all your characters. Be sure to put all non-soulbound items in the bank, as the bank will transfer with you. Best of luck on your new server. =)

I recently bought some gems 35 bucks worth and then transferred servers since I thought my friends were changing there. But it turns out they were going to my original server. I have told support the moment it happened and have had little help in the matter is there any advice on what to do? Other then buying more gems and likely losing all if not pay more into to go back into my original server?

After the seven-day cooldown, you can exchange gold for gems to fund a server transfer, or you could delete all your characters and transfer for free. Remember to place all non-soulbound items in the bank, as the bank will transfer with you. Good luck. =)

Its frustrating cause I transferrred for less then 10 minutes and found out they were in a different server. I am just amazed on how unhelpful support is on it.

I wouldnt have bought gems with money if the exchange rate was at a decent rate but right now its just amazingly expensive.

Well I told my friends to do just this but they were unable to because they had tr pay gems. Now they started playing and now im kittened over. I spent 1600-800 gems of real life cash money and now I cant properly enjoy the full experience. Can you please help me?

Since the topic was locked I would like help for my friends to switch servers since they are new players. You said they would need to delete there characters and they are free to change servers?

They are now argueing that they had no characters while transferring servers and unable to do so do they have to wait a full week to transfer as well?
