Guild Wars 2

I purchased the Braham skin set for my Guardian last year but it is not in my skins listing. Is this by design?

Did you delete it before the wardrobe was put in? Maybe deleted a character that was wearing it? It’s only items that are actually in your inventory/bank/being worn that got put into the wardrobe.

I probably overwrote the skin. So can I please get that in skins even though this happened?

What a thoroughly crappy way to implement a great idea. If there is a way, ANET finds it.

CS is not able to help with Gem Store skins purposely transmuted or destroyed.

Please note that skins or partials skins that you previously purchased but which you no longer possess will not be unlocked on your account. The Guild Wars 2 Support Team cannot unlock skins that fall into this category.

Can’t blame Anet for the fact that you chose to override the skin with a different one. If they never put in the wardrobe, you would have never had the skin, so why should they try to go back through everyone’s account and try to find skins that they deleted/removed/etc.

So the fact that you liked the skin enough to transmute over it has no bearing on this situation? Yes, blame Anet for failing to give you back a skin for FREE you basically threw away….
