I just checked my email and saw that someone from China Address: 59.XX.XX.210
City: Shantou tried to login on my guild wars account. If I receiv that info on my email its mean that he or she knows my login and password ?

Seems so. I would at least as change the password. If that won’t work, ask support to do it. And look in your profile on this page under “security” and remove the IP ranges from China, if there are any.

Thanks I will try it so. But when I entered in link from this china IP I click on denied and there was an error, probably session was expired. So where I can remove diffrent regions like china region ? I already changed password to new one

On your security page within your account on this page, you can see the accepted IP ranges for access to website or game. If there is any range, that sounds unfamiliar you can delete it there and thus deny access from this ranges. Be careful! Usually you are entering via an IP range. On one day you get IP “XY” while your provider gives you “YX” the very next date. So there is always a range. And the place of origin is not your location but a city that might be close to your place. But close can be several hundred miles from your place too. Only if it is from foreign places I would delete them immediately.

BTW In the past Anet had a bug that allowed themselves to be in the “allowed” IPs as well. So don’t worry if you see the US in the list. In such a case I would ask support to check and remove it.
