Hi, I have a problem with Guild Wars 2:
It has been along time since I played last time and now i wanted to restart to play it but I can’t find the problem for which I can’t log in! the mail is correct but I can’t remeber the password, so i tryed with the support page for resetting the password, where they ask me: the mail (and I know it), the serial code (and i know that too and I write it whitout spaces) and the name of the character, but i can’t remeber this one. there is a way I can find it?
I can’t understand where i did wrong!

If you are not able to complete the automated password reset, you can submit a request for assistance. There is a sticky thread at the top of the first page of the Account Issues forum that explains how to Submit a Ticket. Give them the information you have and they will be able to help you.

If you can log into the forums, then your password is saved in your browser. Use your browser’s tools to locate your hidden password, and voila!, back in game!

If you don’t know how to find your password stored in your browser, a quick Google search will solve the problem.
