The Problem is that she sent a ticket on 03/09 and only responds with automatic mensages and don’t returns (respond) the ticket. Please, respond she. I Know the demand of players is hight but she is waiting 11 days and nothing yet.

Ummm if she put in on the 3rd, tomorrow would be the 12th which would be day 9?

I put in a support ticket the day after game release, and I never got a response. :/

so she put it in on the 6th then :P 5 days, but still to long to be waiting imo

The oldest ticket was closed. Support automatically answered with a message and she closed. And opened a new one..

you should have went with the old one.

The oldest ticket is 120903-007664…. however is closed.
