How long does it usually take support to respond to a ticket as I got a response saying we will transfer your ticket to a member of the support team

Depends on how busy it is and what day of the week.

If your ticket is 3 days or older, post the number in the sticky on the front page.

Other then that, you will just have to be patient.

The few times I have had a ticket, the initial “hey we got your request” comes in about 5 minutes, with a personal follow up in about 24 hours. However, right now CS has their hands full with the account bound gathering tools, WvW town clothes change, and flame armor nerf. I’m sure they are up to their eyeballs in angry letters. Give them the requested 3 days, if you don’t hear anything reply to initial email to bump it and post your ticket # in this forum for the lovely Gaile to review. Do not create a new ticket
