i joined the Ring of Fire server when i started, but now i have found out that the server is actually an EU server, which could be why i am lagging. is there any way to switch without paying the 1000 Gem cost? and since i am accidentally on an EU server i cant Guest over. HELP!

The only way I know of to do it for free is to delete all your characters. This will allow you to pick another server at the character selection screen.

The transfer fee is only charged if you have characters on your account; in other words, if your account has no characters or you delete all existing characters first, you will be prompted to select a new home world after creating a new character, free of charge.

To transfer to a different world, go to the character selection screen (using F12 or when you first logon) and select the desired world; you will be logged out while the game makes these changes, which might take 5-30 minutes. You can transfer once every seven days at a cost determined by the destination server population and whether or not you have characters.

is there any way to transfer my items over or do i have to start again fresh? im only level 6 so it wouldnt be to much of a big deal.

You can put all your items in the bank, but if they’re soul bound on that character it wouldn’t make much of a difference.(I’d just npc everything and keep the ones not soul bound and put it inside the bank)

Do note, you do keep all your gold, which is a good thing

ah ok. i am slightly annoyed that i will lose my soulbound leather chestplate and my mighty bronze rifle, which cost a CRAP-TON to make, but hopefully they will sell well at the BLTC. thanks for the help guys!

Just so you know, items that are soul-bound (to your character) can not be used by any other character in the game. Thus, when crafting, make sure not to soul-bind items you want to sell. =)

How much could LVL 5 or 10 items cost to craft? You can’t even get Masterwork until LVL 15 and you couldn’t have made them soulbound if you are only LVL 6.

When you go to buy some LVL 80 Cultural armor and the set costs 120g, you can then use the term CRAP-TON…..m’kay?

You can’t sell soulbound equipment on the TP. You MAY be able to salvage it or sell it to a Merchant (but possibly not if was obtained from an NPC).

If you have done a couple of daily’s, there are laurel vendors that sell a 1-time (per account!) crafting starter kit.

Should help you craft back to where you were and beyond.

yea i actually was mistaken the seeker vest and the mighty bronze rifle are not soulbound, YAY! and by a crap-ton i mean like 5 silver, which is alot for a level 6 character. thanks anyway though.
