Ticket Queue times
Most tickets are responded to in less than 24 hours. If it passes 72 hours, there’s a sticky thread for tickets over 3 days.

Tickets usually take less than a day, depending on the issue. Good luck. =)
Tickets are not handled through a first one in, first one out principle. The handling time depends on a lot on the issue at hand
When it comes to account recovery the respons is normally several hours. But for e.g. an rollback it takes longer.

It’s a blend of FiFo and what the ticket is about, as far as initial responses go.
Account access issues are usually prioritized over most other issues.
If you can, get the account serial and the date of acitivation date, and purchase method info together for when they contact you. Then you can just hand it over and minimize downtime (if you bought online via the website, the serial will be in an email.

The comments from these forum members are accurate. The issue can determine turn-around time, but normally a player is helped in well under 24 hours. Since this post was made last night, and not updated today, I have a feeling this one has already been resolved.

I submitted a ticket May 24th and still haven’t gotten a response about an account login issue. What do I do if I haven’t gotten a response by tomorrow. I just bought the game after a free trial and when I merged the accounts, that is where the trouble started. I cannot log into the game.
Have you checked your spam folder? Have you gone into your support account and checked to see if any responses were made? Have you updated your ticket? If you post your ticket number, the Support Liaison may kindly look into your ticket. =)
Also, if you have had no response after 72 hours, you can post in the sticky (3 Days and Older). Good luck.

Thank you. I did check my spam folder and nothing there. I checked my support account and it didn’t show my ticket at all so I submitted another one. Perhaps I did something wrong…..I am hoping to hear back soon. Thanks again.
