I’m doing a favor for a friend, my friend would like to check if there is any support liaison that could kindly review or check this ticket number 130606-001163 it would be a great help and would be very much appreciated.

Just to help the support liason a bit. Do you mean a review in the form of an appeal cause the ticket isn’t handled properly (in the eyes of your friend) or do you mean an appeal cause it wasn’t asnwered at all in the 72 hours max handling time that support burdened themselfs with??

thanks for your concern, according to my friend the only response he received was the auto reply i think and now suddenly he is not able to check on the status of the ticket because he can’t login anywhere …
