Guild Wars 2

I have the Executioner’s Outfit but the Axe seems to be missing. I wouldn’t care normally but the only reason I bought this was for the Axe.

Any help would be appreciated.

I already did this.

And you checked you chose the option to upgrade/exchange your items? Checked your inventory after doing so? Tried speaking to him, again? Remember, the icons have changed for many, many items.
