Unable to login
I get the same thing. Then when I try to recover account is says error contact support. I contacted support 3 days ago and no reply.

@Atraides, have you tried using your email address and password instead of the login name? Check your Keyboard settings, in most cases people having their cap lock key activated and that leads to issues as well. If you still can not log in, file a ticket with the support and see if they can help.
I have tried using my full email, caps on and caps off, and I changed my password twice. And I just spent 4 hours reinstalling the game. Still won’t let me login.
I bought this game at 8am this morning to “de stress” for the weekend. Now I’m more stressed then before and feel like whipping my laptop against the wall and saying forget this game.
I see from your screenshot that you were still downloading the game when you tried to log in. You will often get an error when trying to log in if the game is downloading. I see, also, you have ‘Remember Account Name’ and ‘Remember Password’ ticked. You might try unticking them and typing or pasting them in manually. This has worked for some. You can paste with the ‘Control-V’ method.

I have same problem here. When I resetting my password, it works fine, but in the second login the same error appears. That’s why I should change my password again and again so I can enter the website/game. Support told nothing useful, they just reset my password one more time.
