Guild Wars 2 Forum - Account & Technical Support

Unable to register account.

My friend just purchased the digital download of GW2. He got the email with the
registration code but when he tries to register he is unable to enter the day of his birth.
All the other drop downs are working fine, month, year etc.

We have tried to register using 2 different computers and with Firefox, Chrome and IE, all with up to date java, flash etc.

Any help would be appreciated.

Odd, that is the second time in a couple of days there has been a post about the birthdate being buggy.

You may have posted when I was writing, but I’m looking into both of these. A support ticket never hurts, of course, but in this case, I’m actively pursuing the matter in the event we have a new bug we need to smite.

This is fixed as of 5:41 PM today. Yaay!

Now if you continue to have issues, just update this thread and I’ll let the team know. But from all reports, things are all spiffy now.
