I was hacked last night, but I did manage to gain access to my account. However, they had removed everything. If they couldn’t use it, then they deleted it. I put in a support ticket and received a response changing the password to the account and informing me that they could not restore my items. Is this true? Is there really no way to restore the items that I’ve gathered in my 400 hours of play time? Not even the things already soulbound to me that they deleted out of spite?

This probably won’t be available for the people hacked prior to its implementation, right? I can farm everything else back, but I doubt I’ll ever be able to get another Greatsaw.

My ex-girl friend deleted 3 of my level 80 Characters and the Support Team told me the same BS.But they did suggest that I should seek out the Renown Heart NPC’s,like that is going to do anything.

so i got hacked today, well just over three hours ago and got told the same story my items cannot be returned… so can i ask a question? i have a level 80 with 2 pieces of armour no weapons and 3 copper… how in the hell am i supposed to do anything with him to get it back.. i had brought gems in the past and even prepurchased and yet i can’t get items back from when i am hacked. so what is your advice? other than re-roll which is pretty pointless when i tried all the classes and 80’ed my facourite one

Do you have any karma? Some karma vendors (completed renown hearts) will sell weapons to you I believe.

they are working on a restoration system that will only be used on hacking cases afaik.
